Tough1 Hay Bale Cover with Wheels

Our bale cover keeps hay dry, neat, and clean! The attached handle "floats", removing stress points and resulting in a greater durability. It features two grommets that provide air vents and work with steer heads for roping practice. Two wheels allow for easy transport from the trailer to the barn.
