Bar J Guarantee:
We know you will love your Bar J saddle so much that we are giving you the best guarantee possible. Call and talk to one of our fit specialists to make sure you have the correct fit before ordering your new saddle. If you are not 100% satisfied with your new saddle we will take it back for a full refund within a 10 day trial period. Bar J saddles carry a 5 year warranty on the tree and 1 year warranty on workmanship and strap goods.
Saddle Return Policy: We allow a 10 day trial policy on all our saddles.
*We encourage you to put the saddle on, girth it up, and sit in it, even ride it around for a little bit. What we recommend is that you wrap your stirrups (if western) with a cloth so as to protect the leather from any marks or dirt. If you have purchased an English saddle we as that you wrap your leathers with a towel or a sock to protect the leather panels from wear. We do understand marks on the billet straps because you have to girth the saddles in order to fit your horse properly.
*A FULL REFUND CAN ONLY BE GIVEN if the saddle is returned in the same condition as you received it, for examples no marks on the leather, no mud, and no signs of wear and/or horse hair on it.
*You are responsible for all shipping cost unless the saddle is determined by us to have manufacturer defect on it and then we will credit your shipping cost.
*The Stagecoach West has the right to charge a 10% or higher restocking fee to any saddle returned to us that shows signs of wear and tear on it. It is your responsibility to take care of the saddle while it is in your possession.
*We recommend that you ship your returned saddle with insurance on it.
**Please be aware that this is much less than the actual shipping price per saddle, we feel this is an added bonus for our customers.
Return Policy: If you need to return an item we ask that you are considerate and return the item in the same condition in which you received it: The original box, unused, and clean. (books, bits, special order items, and used supplements may not be returned.) Customers must pay for return shipping for issues that are not The Stagecoach West's fault. We recommend that you insure your package when returning it to us as well in case of any losses incurred during shipping. We will not reimburse shipping on returned merchandise.
Wrong Address Charge: If you fail to provide an appropriate address e.g. apartment number, wrong zipcode, you will be charged an $11 fee to have your package shipped to you if the package has already shipped. This fee can be avoided by checking the confirmation email and verifying your shipping information. This fee is also valid with free shipping as UPS requires this amount to change an address. The Stagecoach West will not be held responsible for customer error to fill out this information or failure to contact us to correct the error.
